Boise-based McAlvain Construction, part of the Big-D Construction group, recently broke ground on an addition to the North Ranch Business Park on what will be the largest building to date in Caldwell, Idaho. The 304,000-sq-ft North Ranch Logistics Building will provide industrial space within the 115-acre mixed-use development, including retail, medical and office space.
