Giving Where We Build
Ahlquist has developed and operated commercial real estate in Idaho communities for more than 20 years. Our charitable giving is directed to the same places we build. We prioritize organizations that meet basic human needs – food security, shelter and housing stability, personal and community safety, and other services that support basic well-being.
Requests that fall within these focus areas receive first consideration. We give preference to organizations serving the communities where Ahlquist has active projects. Requests are reviewed [on a rolling basis], and applicants receive a decision by email within [x weeks] of submission. Please submit your request at least 30 days before funds are needed.
Submitting a request does not guarantee funding. We receive more requests than we are able to support, and awards may be made at an amount lower than the amount requested.
